1c85d77d56 data: add LedTypes keyword argument to the device files 
At least on HID++ 2.0, the LED types appear to be random and don't match the
protocol specs. Other protocols don't even have those bits, so let's make this
a generic entry.

This is pre-filled for all LEDs but drivers can override it where required.

Fixes #377

a19a79d33a hidpp10: add Leds entry to .device file 
For the device I have I do not see a way to get
this information by querying the device.

If the value is set in the .device file it will
override anything that the hidpp10 driver itself
would have found.

c2fe745813 data/gnome: add a quick and dirty SVG checker for the GNOME SVGs 
Checks for the three layers we need and that any buttons in the files are
consecutive and have the right layers

Fixes #196

7e59f0f974 data: add a fallback.svg file 
This SVG is generic enough to cover 7-button mice with up to 3 LEDs that are
supported but don't have an SVG. The SVG style is intentionally NOT a generic
mouse to make it obvious that something isn't right here. If we use a generic
mouse, people may not put the effort into a proper SVG style because the
generic mouse is good enough.

The fallback is currently only used for test devices

340e5b7d86 Switch to a .ini-file based device database 
The hwdb was a quick and easy way to add entries for new devices but we need
more and more info about the various types of devices. It's better to move
this to a proper database.

Side-effect: this also gives us an easy way to point to the list of devices
supported and makes checking for e.g. missing svgs easier.

To make the text look consistent font size is now set to 12pt in all svg & default resolution is adjust according to new inkscape (0.92) defaults

a9b9540edb data: update the SVGs to put a proper anchor for the texts 
If the anchor of the text is on the left but the leader on the right,
there will be artefacts when changing the name. Make sure all of the
labels are prooperly set.

This forced us to also relocate the labels on the G500s and the etekcity
scroll alpha.
