Peter Hutterer ad88f755a4 shared: relicense rbtree to MIT

To avoid having multiple licenses within a project as small as ratbagd, and to
avoid having to deal with any fallout from mixing MIT and LGPL.

Pre-approved by David Herrmann who wrote that code, see
