haytham e07d72e2a7 data: add ASUS ROG Strix Impact III ...

Wired model with its own usb id. The values follow the official specs
and the wireless model's protocol, but are not tested on hardware:
Leds=2 (wheel and logo) and DpiRange=100:12000@50 are inferred.
