44dc754e31 meson.build: add hacks to be able to run coverity
Taken from libinput, we need to define a few gcc7 types that coverity doesn't
know about. To submit a coverity build, run meson with -Dcoverity=true

ac384137bd meson.build meson_options.txt: Add systemd switch (#510)
Allows systems that provide libelogind (which provides a portion of
libsystemd that libratbag uses) to also compile without having to patch
out the rest of the build to remove the full systemd dependency.

This commit:

- Adds a systemd swith on meson_options.txt, a boolean set to true as
default to keep expected behaivour
- Adds a check on meson.build for the systemd switch and adds
dep_systemd
- Guards sections meant to generate systemd service units under the
systemd switch

d81c68d94f meson: change to use "-Dtests=true" instead of "enable-tests"
This is more meson-like, the "enable-foo" is a autotools leftover.

6c182b8e9b meson/dbus: support build time option to restrict D-Bus access
This change makes it possible to pass '-Ddbus-group=<group>' to limit
the access to the ratbagd D-Bus service. The default remains to allow
everyone access to the service.

This allows integrators to choose more conservative security settings
e.g. only allowing users in the 'games' group to talk to the ratbagd
daemon.

a535897ae7 Use Sphinx for the DBus interface documentation
Better than the markdown we were using before, even though we're currently
(ab)using the js/c++ domains for the structure. There is no DBus domain in
sphinx yet.

The main motivation was to get the enums into the documentation since they are
exported ABI.

Generating the documentation is quirky - we use doxygen to extract the
comments from the C header file and then use XSLT to convert to .rst which
sphinx can use. Still better than having to maintain even more copies of the
enums.

Since this is only of interest for maintainers that need to upload the
documentation, it is turned off by default.

13419dcbb8 doc: drop documentation
Our DBus interface is the only API now and libratbag is just the internal
library. Let's not build doxygen for it, there's no need.

35e38a5469 Merge ratbagd's meson file into libratbag's
I couldn't get the subdir() to work, it would throw exceptions somewhere
internal to meson. So instead, just merge the two together.
This still builds everything as before, it's just a single meson file now.

f2ad49cf20 Add meson build file
For a builddir called 'builddir', the following commands are sufficient now:

    meson builddir
    ninja -C builddir
    sudo ninja -C builddir install

Meson only needs to be run once after checkout or after the removal of the
builddir.
