Peter Hutterer 72d11de597 ratbagd: print two verbose messages at startup ...

When no device is present, starting ratbagd even with --verbose prints exactly
nothing. Let's be more verbose here to give the user an indication that
something's happening. The user wants everything, is probably willing to
accept anything but in the end all we can say is that we have nothing.
