Peter Hutterer 95c8baa043 Move the m705 driver to libratbag proper ...

Note that this doesn't do anything yet, it's stubbed out everywhere except for
the button mapping bit where we already had some testing code from uLogitech.

This also adds the ID for the m570 trackball - a device I have available here.
