haytham e07d72e2a7 data: add ASUS ROG Strix Impact III 
Wired model with its own usb id. The values follow the official specs
and the wireless model's protocol, but are not tested on hardware:
Leds=2 (wheel and logo) and DpiRange=100:12000@50 are inferred.

libratbag data files

This directory contains the data files for each supported device. libratbag reads these files to identify the backend driver for any given device. If a device is not listed, libratbag will not support it.
