The instructions still referred to in-source builds. Meson instead uses
an out of tree build directory, hence we update the paths to point to
the build directory.
Fixes#32.
The python bindings were mostly boilerplate and a 1:1 mapping of the dbus
interface anyway. Packaging them for distributions is difficult, so given how
little benefit they provide, let's just stop shipping them.
Those who need those bindings (like piper) can either make their own or copy
them.

- changed licence of rb-tree to have a consistent MIT licence
- new signal for active resolution changes

This implements a signal that is fired whenever the active resolution
changes. For now the signal is only fired when the resolution changes
through the setter, ratbagd_resolution_set_resolution, as profile changes may
not always be hooked up in the hardware.

Fixes#7.
By now you should have 229.
And replace the instructions with actual ratbagd build instructions.

Gio.bus_get_sync may return None when the DBus service is not available (see
libratbag/piper#2). In addition to this, the service may time out when it is
being started in which case Gio.DBusProxy.new_sync will raise a GLib.Gerror.
This commit checks for both scenarios and raises a RatbagdDBusUnavailable
exception when either one of them occurs. This will in turn be caught in for
example Piper to properly deal with this.
We don't really expect more than 2-3 devices even on a test box. This function
serves little purpose, we can easily require a caller to just get all devices
(usually just one anyway) and then go from there.

This is the terminology used in libratbag as well (and everywhere else where
we deal with input devices).

Strings can suffer from locale issues, the official recommendation for DBus
APIs is to use enums here.
